New Metering & Upgrades
We design, engineer, fabricate, install and commission new and upgraded metering installations. This includes interval metering systems to meet regulatory requirements or locally adopted demand thresholds.

Meter Reverification Programs
Rodan will assist in managing existing and new seal extension/compliance sampling programs.

Planning & Forecasting Metering Services & Annual Workload
In conjunction with utility staff, we prepare a Metering Services Plan that includes details relating to the following: new services; metering upgrades; Measurement Canada meter seal expiry; meter change outs; meter and equipment inventory; long term load transfer reconciliation; sub-metering program; energy conservation programs, and other metering services programs.

Cross Phase Testing & Analysis
We provide on-site static and dynamic testing and analysis of single and three phase metering installations.

Design, installation and coordination of wired and wireless communication systems.

Advanced Metering Infrastructure
We provide project management, installation of meters and communication infrastructure, data collection and management.

Equipment Recommendations
We assist in specifying and evaluating the suitability of meters, metering equipment and hardware for the utility. This will include consulting with suppliers and software vendors as required.

Maintenance & Repair
Our technical service representatives will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve meter and metering system failures and problems, metered data concerns affecting settlement and meter telecommunication issues. This includes installation, replacement removal and repair of meters and/or related equipment.

Sub-Metering & Sub-Billing
We provide condominium suite metering as well as sub-metering for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Our services include: monthly read & quarterly report, check readings per meter as required, meter/communication troubleshooting, administrative support, hardware installation and commissioning.
